Head Carpenter

Jose worked as a framer throughout his young adult years. Starting his career in the logistics industry, Jose’s leader and go-get-it attitude soon lead him to begin his own business, Escalera Trucking, in 2000. After 15 successful years, he hung his hat up and came back to his roots in construction, joining Schneider as Head Carpenter.
