Kedge is a company executive that believes in building strong teams to complete the project. His experience spans from estimating billion-dollar infrastructure jobs to managing mansion remodels for Colorado nonprofits. Kedge holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and moved to Denver in 2012 to work on the RTD R line. In 2015 he made the switch to building construction, successfully managing $30 million in multifamily, commercial, and TI construction.

At all stages of construction, Kedge sets expectations for all parties and communicates thoroughly to ensure progress is tracked and goals are met. Kedge believes in interest-based negotiation and works to create solutions that meet the needs of all parties.
