Lucas Fay

President and Founder

Lucas began his career in the construction industry at an early age. Through college he built over 30 homes for one of the nation’s largest track home builders, which he managed from start to finish, all while attend class. In 2006, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and headed off to Washington DC to learn the business of building, and building it big. Lucas and his project teams completed over $1 billion in revenue and over 900 residential apartment and condominium units.

After moving to Denver in 2013, Lucas realized he was home. He and his wife bought a home, started a family and quickly earned a Class A Contractor’s license.
